Country Style Pepper Gravy Mix

You Will Need:
•3 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk or Rice Milk

Procedure:
1. Bring 3 cups vanilla soy milk or rice milk to a boil.
2. Slowly mix in pepper gravy mix for about 3 - 3.5 minutes until thick. Let stand for 1 minute.
3. Serve over your favorite food.



All-Purpose Breading Mix

You Will Need:
•2 Cups of Water

Procedure:
1. Preheat countertop fryer to 375º F or place 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch of oil (canola or olive) in a skillet. Sprinkle oil into hot oil. When coating bubbles, oil is ready.
2. Batter: mix a 1/2 cup of coating into 2 cups of water for 1 minute.
3. Place 2 cups of coating in a separate bowl per one pound of food.
4. Dip poultry, beef, fish or vegetables into batter then dip food item into coating until both sides are covered.
5. Place food item in hot oil for about 7 minutes or until food reaches internal temp of 165º has been reached by thermometer.



Chicken/Turkey Gravy Mix

You Will Need:
•2 cups of chicken or turkey broth (Gluten-Free and MSG Free)
•1 Cup of water (or juices from cooked beef)

Procedure:
1. Bring 2 cups of chicken or turkey broth and 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Slowly stir in chicken or turkey gravy mix until gravy thickens (takes about 2 - 3 minutes).
3. Let stand for 1 minute then serve over your favorite food.




Beef Gravy Mix

You Will Need:
•2 Cups of Beef Broth
•1 Cup of Water (or juices from cooked beef)

Procedure:
1. Bring 2 cups of beef broth (Gluten-Free and MSG Free) and 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Slowly stir in Beef Gravy Mix until gravy thickens (takes about 2-3 minutes).
3. Let stand for 1 minute then serve over your favorite food.




Waffles & Pancakes

You Will Need:
•3 Eggs (optional)
•2 Cups Milk (optional)
•1/2 Cup Canola Oil
•1 Tbsp Sugar
•1 Tsp Vanilla

Procedure:
1. Preheat waffle maker, for pancakes heat skillet when ready to cook.
2. Mix all wet ingredients and sugar on medium speed.
3. Slowly mix in 1 package of waffle mix and mix until smooth (approximately 2-3 minutes) on medium speed. Let stand 2-3 minutes, then mix again for approximately 30 seconds.
4. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of mix into each side of waffle maker.
5. Cook for at least 6 minutes (for pancakes use a 6-7 inch skillet).
6. Pour 1/3 cup of mix into greased skillet and cook on both sides for 2 minutes each.
7. Pour on your favorite toppings and serve.




Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

You Will Need:
•4oz. Light Brown Sugar or Substitute
•4oz. Butter (Salted)
•1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
•1/3 Cup of Sugar or Sugar Substitute
•1 Large Egg (optional)
•1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
•10.5 oz. Chocolate Chips or Chips of Choice

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. Measure and blend all dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl add butter, brown sugar, sugar and light corn syrup.
4. Cream mixture lightly. Mix in egg and vanilla.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture at low speed.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Using a large cookie scoop or tablespoon place batter onto an ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until well done.
9. Cool on wire rack. Cookies baked on an ungreased cookie sheet should be removed immediately to avoid sticking.




Bread Machine Bread Mix

You Will Need:
•1/3 Cup of Water (approx. 105º - 115º)
•1 Tspn. of Apple Cider Vinegar
•4 Tspn. of Canola Oil or Olive Oil
•1/3 Cup of Egg White (optional, recommended)

Procedure:
1. Bread machine settings: Basic program, 1.5 lb. loaf size, and medium crust.
2. Add wet ingredients in the order listed above.
3. Add the package of dry mix.
4. During the initial kneading cycle, mix the ingredients stuck to the side of the pan into the dough with a rubber spatula.
5. After baking is complete, for best results remove the bread from the pan.




Pizza Mix

You Will need:
•1 Large Egg (optional)
•1/4 Cup Canola or Olive Oil
•1/2 Cup Water (110º hot from tap)

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. Place pizza crust mix into bowl.
3. Add in egg and canola or olive oil to dry ingredients and blend gently on low speed (dough will be crumbly).
4. Slowly add hot water until well blended at low speed.
5. Increase mixer speed to medium and mix for 5 minutes. Add small amount (1-3 tbsp.) of water if necessary, to get a workable consistency.
6. Continue mixing for 3 more minutes. Dough should be light and slightly sticky, not firm. Grease hands and rolling pin for easier handling.
7. Roll dough out on clean surface lightly coated with cornstarch. If dough surface is too sticky, apply a small amount of constarch and gently rub into dough. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
8. Place dough on non-stick solid pizza pan and cover with cloth.
9. Set pan in warm place (i.e. on top of oven) for 10-15 minutes.
10. Par bake crust for 4-6 minutes. Remove from oven before crust begins to brown. The par-baked crust may be frozen for later use.
11. Remove from heat and add desired toppings. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
