I want to thank each and every one of you for caring about this company and our products. As a mother who deals with the same issues that you do, I know how hard it is to find products that your children will eat, that are reasonably priced and that you feel good about putting them on your table.

Taking our cheese alternatives off the market temporarily was not an easy decision for us to make. It's not something that we wanted to do; but it is something that we had to do.

Why did we have to do it? The long and the short of it is that we have to give you the best of what we've got. Our R&D department has found a way to remove the artificial ingredients in these products. The off-shoot of this is that the cheese alternatives now taste, melt and act better than before.

So we were faced with a choice. We could pretend that we didn't have a better product to put out there that was healthier and was of better quality or we could do the right thing.

Going into this decision we knew it would upset our customers and we can only say that there would never be a right time to make the switch. If not now then when? There are companies that are large enough to mass produce two product lines at once and then discard the unused "old" version when the new version is ready. We are not one of them but we will be with your help and understanding.

This is not easy for us as you can imagine if only because we are losing the revenue from one of our best selling products. We'd rather "take the hit" and do what we set out to do rather than make up excuses and reasons as to why we shouldn't put our best foot forward.

Let me end on this note. I promise you as the president of this company that once the cheese alternative returns; it will NEVER go away again. We are working as hard as we can to get this done right as soon as possible. I don't have a timeframe yet but you do have my word that I personally will keep you in the loop as new developments occur.
