AllergyFree CHICKEN PARMESAN
What you will need:
- AllergyFree Foods Chicken Tenders (8-10 tenders) or Chicken Breasts (4-5 breasts)
- 1 jar of your favorite Marinara Sauce (approximately 3 1/2 cups) or the same amount of your homemade Marinara Sauce!

- 2 Tbsp (1/2oz) of AllergyFree Foods Parmesan Cheese Alternative
- 3/4 cup (3oz) of AllergyFree Foods Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Alternative
- IWS Provolone works well if you prefer the flavor profile.
- Or our Pizza blend which is a 50/50 blend of Mozzarella and provolone would also be Great!
- Pasta, Gluten Free (Optional but a great addition to any Chicken Parmesan dish!)

Some great Gluten Free Pastas are available in the natural and special Diet sections of your local grocery stores and can almost always be found in Specialty Grocery Stores/Chains. Most of these are either Corn or Rice Flour based so please to be sure to purchase according to individual need.
1. Preheat oven to 375*F
2. Place the Frozen Chicken Tenders or Breasts in a lightly greased oven safe glass baking dish
3. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes
4. Remove from oven
5. Pour the Marinara Sauce (roughly 3-3 1/2 cups) over the chicken
6. Top with the Cheese Alternative of your Choice
7. Sprinkle on the Parmesan Cheese Alternative over top
8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165*F
This dish will be very hot fresh out of the oven so please be careful.
Serving Suggestions: Serve over Pasta of your choice or over thinly sliced steamed or sautéed vegetables that resemble the shape of spaghetti pasta (for example, carrots, summer squash or zucchini are great options).
